Who we are looking for
We are actively seeking both recent graduates and experienced professionals in technology, IT, and finance. Ideally, you will hold an engineering degree or a degree in financial mathematics. A strong interest in technology and the financial markets is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively toward common goals. Proficiency in English is also necessary, as we often work in international teams.

Our roles
As a Technology Consultant at Visigon, you will spend most of your time working with customers on projects. You will work closely with the customer’s business and IT activities with a focus on implementing, developing and maintaining system within Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Software design and realization. Translation of business case into a detailed technical design
- Analyze, design and develop large integrated IT solutions
- In-depth, hands-on involvement directly with customers implementing capital market systems
- Train users and customer developers on the basic use of the system, particularly with the technical setup
- Configure standard solutions, build interfaces between systems and testing the quality
Experience – depending on your seniority, we expect some or all the bullets below:
- Overall experience of 2 to 4 years of experience, preferable in the Capital Markets industry
- Must have implementation experience with Calypso, Murex or Summit trading platform
- Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Computer Science or other related IT discipline
- You have an ability to work creatively and analytically with others to address complex problems and focus on finding the right solution
- Knowledge of programming languages and tools like: C # / C ++, .NET, Java and XML
- Knowledge of financial models in R, Python, VBA, SAS, SQL etc. are a plus
- You are fluent in English and in either Danish or Swedish

- Translating business needs to IT requirements
- Document and present findings / solutions and recommendations
- Developing and implementing solutions
- Train users on the basic use of solutions

- Overall experience of 3 to 6 years of experience, preferable in the Capital Markets industry
- Bachelor or Master of Economics, Engineering or other related discipline
- You have an ability to work creatively and analytically with others to address complex problems and focus on finding the right solution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong data collection and analytics skills
- Knowledge of financial models in VBA, SAS, SQL etc. are a plus
- You are fluent in English and in either Danish or Swedish

As a Project Manager at Visigon, you will spend most of your time working with customers on projects. You will work closely with the customer’s business and IT activities with a focus on managing and implementing projects within Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects through all phases from initiation, execution as well as ensuring a smooth hand-over to the client
- Build strong and efficient project teams
- Develop and communicate project plans to team and stakeholders
- Evaluating business and system processes, determining needs and uncover areas for improvement
- Facilitation workshops to ensure proper translation of business requirement to IT needs
- Keep management updated on progress and challenges
- Ensure clarity and transparency around project actuals vs budget
- Conduct post project evaluation with client and team – to ensure organizational learning
Experience:
- Overall experience of 4 to 8 years of experience
- Proven experience in IT project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
- Preferable Capital Markets industry experience as consultant
- Bachelor or Master of Economics, Engineering or other related discipline
- A project manager certification (Prince2, IPMA, Agile etc.) is a huge advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- You are fluent in English and in either Danish or Swedish
